Anthony
Goldburne born as a Virgo, and hailing from the area of
West Bromwich... also known to the music world as 'Skippa
Ranking', decided to teach himself to play drums in 1977.
Having
lived and brought upin his hometown of Birmingham, he
started to perform with local acts teaching himself different
drum styles, this then helped him to gain experience as
a drummer.

His
musical influences include Sly & Robbie, Third World,
Aswad, Steel Pulse and The Skatalites... to name but a
few.
During
his musical journey he had the privilege to perform with
many different artists such as: Vivian Jones, Joseph Cotton,
Macka B, Owen Grey, Hopeton Lewis, Greggory Issacc, The
Reggae Revolution and Apache Indian, which helped him
to establish himself as one of Birmingham's finest drummers. |
